I've been gone so long but it's been a few busy months. I've had surgery on both eyes and I'm seeing a whole new world of color. I'm back in silicone valley for a short time so I've had a chance to paint a little and tour all the museums. I really needed that fix as they don't have any in Grass Valley one needs to travel all the way to Sacramento to visit a good museum. I'm looking for cheap housing while I'm down here so here's hoping I can move back. I've completed one painting since I've been here and have two in the mix. I'm new to this area, it's beauitful, expecially since it snowed, but I am so homesick for silicone valley where all my friends and family live I'm not sure I can make it. I'm looking for a job and to get involved in the art community here so if anyone has any information please let me know. Where I am living at the present time there is no place to paint and I'm starting to freak out. I can't paint outside as the weather is to cold and wet. What do I do now?

I have been under a lot of strees recently but the last two weeks have been just unreal. My car broke down and it took all my reserve and it took forever to get it fixed. I am so lost without my car, it's like loosing an arm or leg. But I now have my baby back so I feel a little better. It was good to release all my stress into the paint. That sounds kind of wacky but it really is better than a therapist and cost less too, and all my secrets are safe.
